Error with the copyright section

can you share a screenshot of the customizer when 'it goes wrong'?

Hi, David.

When I change the copyright it looks great when I save it, but when I go to the site, the main menu goes wrong, I mean, it changes to the all categories and pages. Besides, the new copyright doesnt show, it appears the default copyright.

I took a look at the screenshots but they don't really help to solve odd issues like this, unfortunately.

Do you have any caching plugins activated? If so can you disable them to test?

If not then can you start a staging site, disable all plugins except GP Premium and provide the dashboard access for us to test?

We haven't received any other reports on this so further testing is needed.

In your next reply you will see a Private Information field. Only the GP Staff can see its contents. Add the login url, name and password there :)
