I’m receiving an error “Looks like something’s gone wrong. Wait a couple of seconds, and then try again.” when I publish/save draft after changing color codes in the additional CSS. The colors I’m changing are not in the traditional colors tab or any other tab. Additional CSS is the only place I see a way to change these three. Please assist.

    Hi there,

The Additional CSS field is a WordPress core feature so the theme wouldn’t interfere with it.

Can you first make sure there is no syntax error in your CSS code?

If that doesn’t help, try disabling all plugins to test if there are any conflicts.

No errors on jigsaw website. After deactivating all plugins nothing changed. Still recieving error when replacing site library theme colors with my own color codes.

So if you remove the code and click save, there are no errors?

If so what happens if you temporarily switch to a WordPress default twenty series theme?
