Error When Adding HTML to Footer json_parse_error

I'm getting an error when I add HTML to the footer.
It won't allow me to make changes in the footer.
It's json_parse_error
How can i fix it?

When you say footer, do you mean wp_footer hook?
What exactly are you adding?
Let me know :)
No, just the footer inside of the Customize area.
What kind of HTML are you adding?
