ERROR ON UPDATING AND DOWNLOADING THE ADDONS

I'm trying to update the plugin addons but it is giving an error "

"Error retrieving file. Please contact the site administrator."

I tried to download it manually in my generetepress account but same problem and it show some error inside my admin panel"

Could you kindly check what is the problem?
