Error in Woocommerce product columns

Hello, I'm having an issue showing my Woocommerce products
I set it to show 4 columns grid products in the customizer but when I refresh the page the store shows the products in one column.
Can you please help me?

Hi there,
can you try clearing and disabling your cache - then let us know.
cache disabled
Well that fixed it ( you may have to clear your browser cache to see it working ).
Can you now re-enable it so we can see if it its just a glitch.
