Error in Bold Theme with Elementor and formatting.php

Hello. I have this problem
I designed a new site in proyecto3.josepaez.net and while doing it, I had a Crush problem with the bold theme of GP. So, I Deactivate the Elementor plugin and reinstalled and then continued with the design. Now I want to migrate to the final url: https://proyecto3.org but can't do it with any plugin like duplicator or AIO wp migration because I have a problem in wp-includes/formatting.php file on the wp instalation files
There is some broken code there in line 5948 with the emoji arrays that I don't understand
Hi Jose,
This doesn't sound like a theme issue.
The files in the wp-includes folder are WordPress core files which the theme (any themes) cannot control or alter.
Perhaps there the file was corrupted when you had the issue before?
