Error 500 downloading content

When installing premium plugin, at the last step (download content) I get a 500 error.
No way to download the demo content

Can you contact your host and ask them to install php-xml (XML Reader class)?
That should solve the problem.

It’s installed (php-xml on Debian 9), but still same error
That's weird.
Last thing to check before I forward it to Tom.
Can you try disabling all plugins except GP premium just to make sure there aren't any plugin conflicts?
