    Can you try another browser or incognito mode to see if there is a browser conflict?

    The same happens in another browser, in normal and incognito mode. But in others websites that changed the theme I don’t have that problem

    So just to make sure, the customizer loads find when using a twenty series WP theme?

    If so can you provide dashboard access with all other plugins disabled for me to have a look?

    I have a feeling it’s a browser issue. What browser are you using?

    Can you try chrome incognito mode?

    Do you happen to have another device to test?

    Ok with chrome incognito mode. Right-click during the preview and click Inspect, go to the Console tab, do you see any errors?
