When this personalizing the site I can not see the preview of the changes.

Can you first disable all plugins except GP premium to eliminate any conflicts?

Already deactivate all, except Really Simple SSL, but the problem continues
Can you try another browser or incognito mode to see if there is a browser conflict?

The same happens in another browser, in normal and incognito mode. But in others websites that changed the theme I don't have that problem
What about the memory limit?
I already increased the limit to 1024 MB, but the problem continues
So just to make sure, the customizer loads find when using a twenty series WP theme?
If so can you provide dashboard access with all other plugins disabled for me to have a look?

I have a feeling it's a browser issue. What browser are you using?
Can you try chrome incognito mode?

Ok with chrome incognito mode. Right-click during the preview and click Inspect, go to the Console tab, do you see any errors?
