Embed a list of posts on the home page using Generate Blocks

Towards the bottom of the homepage there are is nav links on the left and a list of posts from a specific category on the right. How do I use Generate Blocks to add that list of posts?

thats not a feature of GenerateBlocks.
You would need a plugin like WP Show Posts
