Hi,
I tried to place the shortcode for Mailchimp newsletter but it only shows the email add text...no box, or any design for that matter..just the plain word "email address" shows up on screen. Thanks. website in the private info field

I don't see any information added to the private info field. Can you check again and include it?

Are you using MC4WP? Can you show any screenshots of the plugin's form builder UI? So we have a clearer idea of how it's supposed to look. :D
