Email Before Download PLUGIN don´t work with this theme

Hello I have a problem with the downloads from several browsers, they do not work from opera, internet explorer and Firefox …. and for Chrome some times.
You can check the problem at the bottom in this page:

Exactly...the problem is....when you fill the form must be appear the download link... and dont appear.
I was contact with support plugin, but the problem only in this theme the rest of themes and hostings works well.
Can I solve it?

If still not working can you deactivate each of the GP modules, one at a time, to see if they are related.
