Eliminate or change text in 404.php

Hi there.
In my 404.php there are some things I would change the text VAYA.... and the custom things there're in 404.php, now I build with elements a new 404 template, but I need to eliminate the old lines in the PHP file, which lines I will eliminate?

Hi there,
if you're using the Block Element you can select the Block Type - Content Template - this will replace the content from the 404 template.

If you have the Element Type set to Content Template then it will replace the content. Currently your block elements are being hooked in above the content.
