Elements... not saving settings

Hi guys,
I am configuring some elements headers. I made my elements headers in two sites and works perfect, but I am having issues in another site.
PAGE HERO: if I set "Text Color" on #ffffff for example, its erase header background configuration in Site Header. And happen the same with other options. When I set some options, its erase another options that I alredy set.

I believe the problem is that you missed # in front of ffffff so the option is not valid:

The configuration are not saving, so you are not seen #. If I set with # and save settings it go back to default.
If I modify page header it reset page hero configuration. If I modify page hero, it reset site header.
Hmm I'm assuming if something specific to this install as we haven't had this problem reported and as you said it works in your other sites.
Have you tried disabling all other plugins to test?
Sounds like it might be a caching issue as well.

1- Is not a cache problem
2- All plugins disable and still the same problem
3- Two of the sites are exactly the same, one staging and another production. In one it works, in the other one, not.
4- Now is working, but I need set every option again, every time I need make a change. And, only works in certain order, first I need set Page Hero, then Site Header, and then Display. If I change the order, does not save all the options that I did set.
5- When GP had legacy page headers, I had a similar problem, that was resolved with an update, a few months ago.
6- Because of the random of the issue, I think is a bug of GP, not the site.
I hope that infomartion can help. For now, is working but is not ideal because I need set everything again for every make a small change.
