Elements layout removed padding between content and header

Hi, I've just created a new element to reduce the content width for blog posts. I went to
Appearance > Elements > Layout > Content > Contained (no padding) > Content width: 700px > Display Rules > Posts > Post > All Posts
Works fine apart from the fact that there is no padding now between the header and the content so it looks realllllly odd.
Also, on mobile, the text is filling the width of the screen.
How do I fix it?
Thanks for your help,
Sarah
Hi there,
Contained strips all of the padding from the content - so you'll notice on smaller devices there is no horizontal padding either so text is touching the sides of the browser viewport.
Why not just leave the element settings for the default template? You can still reduce the width of the container. Let me know.
Hi David, yes I've changed the site default and then adjusted the with on one page so it displays how I wanted it to instead. Much simpler! Thanks
Glad to hear that :)
