Elements is not working

Hi there,

Your entire site is white with Elements activated? Or only when trying to add Elements?

Can you check your error_log file on your server for any recent errors?

I have the same problem. I have disabled the page header and added an Element of type Header but the background image is not shown.

That sounds like a separate issue - any chance you can open a new topic and include the URL to your site?

I don't see any error_log but it is still blank

Can you contact your host and ask them where you can find the error_log file? Without a specific error, we're not able to know what's going on.

And are any errors visible on that white page?

i upgrade it to 128 since long time but it doesn't show any error_log it is just blank
