Elements Hook not working. Custom page locations needed.

Hello,
I'm afraid I may have a complicated one here for you all. I can't get my header hook element to appear on the pages I need it to. The locations that appear under the elements plugin settings do not work, probably do to the way the plugin I'm using works. Anyway, it works by setting the Custom Elements-Display Rules-Location-Page, but the other pages I need it to show on are not automatically showing up.
If there was a way that I could manually enter in the /particular-page in the second field, then I'm sure it would work. Is there a way to do this, or must I add it to all pages and exclude all locations that I don't want it on.....?

Sorry I'm not quite sure what you mean.
What exactly is your display rule setting right now and which page(s) isn't working?

Sorry Leo I know this one wasn't very clear. It's not an issue of BB, its using shortcodes of any kind. I simply can't target the correct pages via traditional hook locations, but if I could set the hook to only appear on a particular url(s), then I could get it to work as I'm intending.
I guess its more of a feature request for the elements plugin. What I'm asking for is the ability to target a url with a hook...not even sure if thats possible.
Anyway, I was able to find a temporary solution for my issue by excluding every single other page.....
