I would like to put a costum image to Header as in the Elements tutorial video.
I followed the instructions step by step. In my case is not working, nothing happens.

The only way to get it work some way is a set a featured image in the site, but
I want to put a costum image, not the featured one.

What can be the problem? I have no idea.

I would like to get the same result as in the tutorial video but with costume image.

    Thank you for the support.

    Hi there,

in the Page Header Element –> Background Image item, you can select Custom Image. Below that the button will change to Upload Custom Image. Let me know.

I did it but after saving the header picture not changed.
    step 1
    step 2
and no furnance picture in the header.
I give you access to my site admin if you like.
I’m pretty sure that I do it right.

Maybe other settings in the template block it?
    I don’t know just guess.

    I appreciate any help.

    Thanks: Joseph

Try adding some <!--HTML comment. Comments are not displayed in the browser--> as content.

ok half solution: the problem was that the selected picture not refreshed some reason.
I had to choose few times the background image from featured to costum. Thats solved.
Now the header image is appear, but a big white area also appeared – see attachement – how can I eliminate it? its between the menu and header, and I see no option to disable it.

    thanks

    cheers:
    Joseph

    Hi there,

thats the empty Site Header – you can disable the Site Header across the entire site using the Layout Element:
