Elements & Emoji Not Support

Hi Tom,
first thanks for a great theme and recent plugin update.
I am struggling a bit with the addition of emoji into elements editor, most of them are not supported and if so (e.g. ☀️) I am not able to adjust the code there then.
Thanks
Michael

What is it displaying for you?
Hi,
thanks for the reply and sorry for late reply (vacation). The emoji I've attached is working, I just wanted to point out that once the emoji is copied into the editor you are not able to edit the code then.
But what is worse for me is that the vast majority of emojis you are just not able to add it .. e.g. 🚛, 🌊,🍉 ...
Thanks
Michael
Hmm GP just uses the generic WordPress editor.
So everything works when you use the a twenty-series theme from WordPress?
Works in the editor, in general, does not work for me in the GP Elements though
Hi there,
The Elements content editor is just a plain HTML editor, so I'm not sure if emojis can work in there. Do these emojis have HTML entities you can add?
