[Support request] Elements Display Rule for mobile view

I am using padding-right:55px; for my Above the Header Element so that it lines up nicely with the primary navigation on the Desktop view, however then on the mobile view the Element carrys the same large padding-right space which I don’t want.

I would like the Desktop view to remain as is but on mobile view have the element all the way to the right side in the
mobile view.

How do I do the media override? And where….in the Element or CSS?

I browser a few pages but don’t see a header element.
