Elements content vanished and location is not set (and doesn't update)

Hi team,
We have an issue with a website in production that uses generate press with Elements created and published 2 years ago.
The pages are off (just content, no clear layout).
I went to check the elements and there is no content present in them.
We have 4 elements that worked fined until now:
- Support chat JS script
- GTM Head section
- GTM Body section
- Pagebuilder
The elements are still in Published mode and only their title is present, so they should be live and thier content inserted in the website's HTML.
Their content is empty and even if we add it back, when we click Update, the Display rule location doesn't update
Moreover, I can't find anymore where I can set the display rule to insert the element in the body or head section.
Note: no plugin inserted for the last few weeks.
Can you please provide some info on what can we do?

Hi Chris,
Can you share more details about each of the elements you've mentioned? (i.e., Element type, Contents, etc)
Their content is empty and even if we add it back, when we click Update, the Display rule location doesn’t update
Can you share any screen recording and any error logs of this occurrence?
Also, any chance you can clone the site to a staging site and try temporarily disabling ALL plugins except GP Premium? And then check if the Elements display its contents and is editable.

However, we did a full back of our wp and we managed to mitigate this issue.
