Elementor WooCommerce CSS Issue

Hey Guys,
Have another issue / question. I am using GP WooCommerce add-on and have two different looks showing up when creating a WooCommerce Template from Elementor. So here are two products:
https://jaygoodrich.com/photographystore/product/teton-valley-short-sleeve-unisex-t-shirt/
https://jaygoodrich.com/photographystore/product/winter-yellowstone-photo-food-adventure/
Basically ... the second product looks exactly like it does inside of Elementor and the first product does not. The buttons look like my buttons in GP and not what I designed in Elementor. It is weird that two different products using the same functionality are showing up differently on the published side?
I know that I could probably turn off GP WooCommerce but I kind of like the way GP displays tabs verses the standard Woo way.
Any advice?
Cheers,
Jay
Hi there,
Not quite sure if I understand the problem.
The difference between the two pages you link is one is using Elementor and one is not.
Are you saying that you don't have a choice whether to use Elementor or not?
Let me know :)
Both are using Elementor and actually both using a similar design, but the T-shirt page design is not showing the CSS you see when in the design side of Elementor. If you look at the Add to Cart buttons you will see that the design is different when in fact they should look exactly the same. Let me know if this makes better sense?
I could send you a screed shot of the editor side so you can compare Leo? LMK.
The problem page isn't showing any signs of Elementor. It doesn't have any of its CSS or HTML that the other page has.
Have you checked with Elementor support yet? They might have an idea.
I haven't. I kind of feel like their support sucks. I will send over some screen shots and see where it goes...
Hopefully they're able to help. Unfortunately we just don't have knowledge of how their system works to know why it wouldn't be running on that product.
Hey Tom ... They actually came through! So just in case anyone else has the issue in the future. The template needs to be attached to every single ending product in a category in order to work. I had it attached to a parent category. Example - So Merch was the Parent, then there are T-Shirts, Phone Cases, etc. underneath it. I assigned it to Merch not each specific product where it need to go.
Glad you got it working :)
