[Support request] No full canvas template for Elementor Pro Templates

With *any* Elementor Pro template – i.e. footers, 404, pop-ups, page elements
– (dashboard/Elementor/Saved Templates) the template when editing still shows header, sidebar, title, etc. Selecting a page template in dashboard – “Elementor Canvas” does not stick (reverts to Template: Default Template).

Means I can’t see intended layout when editing Elementor templates, and also Elementors page “preview settings” don’t work. You can only see final layout on live site (update, switch tab, refresh). Really compromises the utility of ELementor.

It’s been like this since I started using GP and didn’t experience with Astra.

Hi there,

Have you checked with Elementor on this or try to eliminate any plugin conflicts?

GP definitely doesn’t interfere with Elementor’s default functionalities.
