Elementor Pro 2.0 Header Builder - Problem With GP Layout Page

Hello to you,
When in the dashboard, when I go to Elementor- My Templates and select a template to edit I cannot find the options to turn off the header, footer, sidebar, navs, etc. like I see in the regular GP Pro drop down before I edit with Elementor Pro. These on/off options are available for every normal page that I edit, not here.
So now when I go in to edit the template (header/footer) I also see the regular header at the top and the widgets, titles, etc. displayed as I edit the template's section.
How can I get the GP Pro options available and turn off the unnecessary elements so that they do not display in the Elementor editor?

Hi there,
So when you add an Elementor template item, it doesn't have the "Layout" metabox?
