Hello, I am hoping you can help me diagnose a major issue I have been trying to troubleshoot all day. Yesterday, while I was making changes to this site I started having major issues with elements not loading/blank space, such as the main menu, Revolution Sliders, Elementor page builder content, etc. Not all content, just particular content.

If I refresh a few times, sometimes I can get all the elements to display. The best way to get it to work is when I clear cache, all the content will reappear… until I refresh the page or go to another page, then some elements disappear again.

I also noticed that the GP mobile menu toggle stopped working along with toggle/dropdowns created by Elementor.

I went through all the standard troubleshooting I could think of, updating plugins, rolling back plugins, disabling all plugins, removing hooks, removing css…. nothing worked.

But then I switched from GP to Twenty Fifteen and all the problems listed above went away. Is this something you are able to help diagnose for me? Much appreciated!

    Hi there,

Is this happening on a specific page? I just went to your site and clicked around a bit – everything works nicely.

When the issue happens, do you see any red errors in the “Console” section of Developer Tools? You can open developer tools in Chrome or Firefox by right-clicking the page and choosing “Inspect”.

SCRATCH THAT! It was the button/script for a third party called ZocDoc that was breaking the whole site. The script was integrated into GP’s Top Bar, so that explains why the issue resolved when I switched to another theme. So the conflict was not GP’s fault at all… GP remains the undefeated champ… Thanks!

Haha I think you must have gone to the site immediately after I deleted the script in question… So that just goes to show your response time is bonkers fast. Thanks, Tom!

I have been using GP/Elementor on all sites I produce for the marketing agency I contract with. This has been one of VERY few issues I have ever encountered using your theme (and it wasn’t your theme’s fault). Much love!
