Hello, I have spoken to Elementor and they have narrowed the issue down to the GP premium plugin.
When I try and make an archive template using Elementor, the layout is corrupted and has massive margins, if I deactivate the plugin the margins are correct again.
Elementor said I need to speak to you guys now.
September 25, 2019 at 3:37 am #1018440DavidStaffCustomer SupportHi there,
try disabling the GP Blog modules in Appearance > GeneratePress
September 26, 2019 at 4:40 am #1019461LouiseThank you that fixed it but now a couple of other issues appeared –
1 – there are grey boxes on the blog sections please follow link to screen shot – https://prnt.sc/pb8pzd
This seems to be on most pages where there are blog posts follow this link for example – https://www.plushtentsglamping.co.uk/
2 – All the full width images are not full width anymore, there is now a large space next to them – https://www.plushtentsglamping.co.uk/festival-backstage-hospitality/
September 26, 2019 at 4:53 am #1019480DavidStaffCustomer SupportThis isn’t theme related but we can try and help.
First thing can you disable the lazyloader plugin you’re using. Let me knowSeptember 26, 2019 at 5:41 am #1019517LouiseHello David
Thank you so much, i have removed that plugin and it has fixed the grey box issue. I will not use that again.
I still have the gaps at the side of the full with images on pages –
https://www.plushtentsglamping.co.uk/woodland-wedding-venue-in-sussex-near-hampshire-london/and
https://www.plushtentsglamping.co.uk/festival-backstage-hospitality/
When I go into the page to edit, the images are all ok.
September 26, 2019 at 5:51 am #1019520DavidStaffCustomer SupportIf you view the page and resize the browser you’ll probably find they resize.
Are you using the Stretch function to make those sections full width – you’re better off not using that option, just make sure the Page is set to full width and set the sections to full widthSeptember 26, 2019 at 6:03 am #1019527LouiseI’m confused as they were working fine before, the top image of cypress hill is fine, the other images are not below

September 26, 2019 at 6:42 am #1019570LouiseHello David, Thank you so much for your help so far, i’m sorry this is taking time to fix.
The issues only happened when I deactivated the blog from the GP premium options. I tried to reactivate the blog again but the images are still wrong.
I have not used sections, I have built all with elementor

September 26, 2019 at 6:47 am #1019572DavidStaffCustomer SupportWhat i mean is – go into Elementor – edit the problem section, in the sections settings there is an option: Stretch Section. Do you have this activated?
September 27, 2019 at 11:07 am #1020695LouiseHi David
Your correct, I have removed this option, i’m not too sure I ever select it so confused as to why it had been activated.
I have now checked all the pages and i’m still seeing grey box issues with the blog section on this page – https://www.plushtentsglamping.co.uk/woodland-wedding-venue-in-sussex-near-hampshire-london/
Same on this page –
https://www.plushtentsglamping.co.uk/corporate-glamping-team-building-away-day/
And this page –
https://www.plushtentsglamping.co.uk/yurt-hire/On this page – https://www.plushtentsglamping.co.uk/festival-backstage-hospitality/
there should be a section with a link to our brochure which is not showing please see screenshot https://prnt.sc/pbv5eeSeptember 27, 2019 at 11:22 am #1020709DavidStaffCustomer SupportTry:
1. Regenerate CSS:
https://docs.elementor.com/article/204-my-changes-do-not-appear-online2. Clear all plugin / browser caches.
