Elementor Archive Page

I'm trying to setup my archive page (that's been styled through elementor) to only show a certain category. I can't see where i can filter which post categories to display.
I've done a fair bit of googling but it always displays every post under every category.

A few questions:
1.) Is the archive page meant to be dynamic? Meaning the archive page template is going to be used by all kinds of archive pages?
2.) Are you using Elementor's post widget for this?
Note: If the page is fully created with Elementor, it may be more appropriate to contact Elementor's support about it as it's widgets are out of the theme's control.
Any site's page builder widget/settings will precede it's theme. They are meant to do so for the purpose of modifying things. :)
