Element Layout not working fine

And yes, there is a block-hook Element in the entire site except in the frontpage.

No, it doesn't either if I disable the block-hook Element.

Sorry. I meant if the content title displays if you disable the layout element that's removing the content title.

Ok, my bad, I found the error. It was also removing the page titles with a function in functions.php
