element - block - page hero

I am currently working on a blog- page hero, and I am running into some issues. I originally added an image to the right of my header text, and the image appeared fine. but, I removed the image and the image is still appearing. The image has drifted to the very top of the page, close to the menu bar.

I cannot find the image and i cannot find it in the "list view" either.

please help!
