Basically want the Quicklinks to look smaller and the same as here: https://dropdeskstage.wpengine.com/hybrid-work
This way the user can see the ad, quick links and subscribe in one place without needing to scroll.

I think you just have too much content in the quick links, I’ll suggest remove some of the content as the example post page.
CSS can only make the font size smaller, but I don’t think it will help much.
