[Support request] editor stuck in text mode

My page and post editors are both stuck in text mode. The visual tab is visible but not clickable. Please help.

I tried deactivating every plug in on the site except GP and the problem remains. Can you please access my site and figure out what’s wrong? I can give you access info if you can do this.
