Editing widget typography

Hello,
I am using a footer widget shortcode and entering it on my homepage in one of its sections. I'm not sure how to change this widget's typography though. The typeface is completely different from the rest of the site.
I have GP 1.3.33 and GP Premium 1.2.87 in the upper right corner of appearance > generatepress
The only option I see under typography > widgets is widget titles and sizes. Nothing for the content.
Also wondering if you can help me figure out how to add bullet points for a Recent Posts widget.
Any thoughts? Thank you!!
Hi Justin,
Could you provide a link to your site?
The widget content typography should inherit from whatever you've chosen in typography > body.
As for bullet points, this post should help: https://generatepress.com/forums/topic/right-sidebar-unability-to-make-bullet-points/#post-81083
I was able to figure out the bullet points but not the typography.
Hi Justin,
You have this somewhere in your widget that's giving it's content a different typography.
<!-- /Widget Shortcode --><code><!-- Widget Shortcode -->
Removing that and the closing </code>in the same widget should fix things for you.
Not sure how to fix that. I'm just going to appearance > widgets and pulling the shortcode from there and entering it on the home page editor. Thoughts?
If you can't see any code like that, it may be a bug in the Widget Shortcode plugin you're using.
Maybe try a different one?
