Editing Container Separating Space for Front Page and Post Page

Hey guys,

I want to be able to edit the container space for each post and the front page individually. Right now, the size is perfect for posts. However, on the front page, there is quite a bit of space between each post. I'm sure there is something else I could edit to fix it, but editing the container space in customizer has been the only way I've found so far.
