Editing a section by clicking the gear icon opens to edit but won't close

When you click the section bar to edit, you can exit again no problem. But when you click the gear icon to go in and edit settings you're stuck in settings and cannot exit without refreshing the page. side note, when you do click the close button in the top right a scrollbar appears to the right but the section settings pop-up still doesn't close. You also cannot close it by clicking the close button.
Note, this doesn't happen in Chrome only FireFox. Haven't tried any other browsers because in my opinion, there are no other. ;)

I just tested it using Chrome and Firefox and not noticing this problem.
Can you try testing without any extensions activated for the browser?
If that doesn't help, right click on the page and use the developer/inspect tool, then click on console and see if there are any errors.
