Edit/Update Demo Pages

I just installed GP with a demo site. I'm "assuming" I can update the demo pages with my own content to get started? If this is true, then I'm doing something wrong. I've edited and updated/published my content but the demo info still displays on the website. I can still see my info when I try to edit again. Any help would be appreciated.

Absolutely. Some of the sites are built with a page builder which you can edit, and some are built using regular WP content which you can edit.
I just checked out your site and it doesn't look like you imported a demo site - maybe you undid it?
