Dynamically switch featured image

Dear Community!
I want to switch the featured image dynamically (maybe via a hook)?
Depending on which Google campaign the user comes from, I want to use another featured image.
Does anyone has an idea how to switch the featured image via code?

Unfortunately I'm not aware of a way to do that as WordPress only allows you to upload one featured image per post/page.
Is it possible to use the hooks / elements in any way?
I don't believe so.
Do you know what the conditional tag would be for something like this?
If you can link me to a tutorial or example solution for this I can take a look for sure.
