Hey there,
I was reading about dynamic images here: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/dynamic-blocks/ and there is an option for image source.
However, mine doesn't show source:

Is this feature no longer available or how do I activate it?

That option is only available when in the post navigation element:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/block-element-post-navigation/
In other case, it would be default to the current post.
