Dynamic Data menu not showing up

I am following instructions to add an author box as per video https://generatepress.com/forums/topic/how-to-add-author-bio-box-to-posts/. As you can see the menu for dynamic data is not showing up. Dynamic content element does.
Generateblocks and GP pro installed and latest version.
Hi Fran,
It won't work for Paragraph blocks. You'll need to use GenerateBlocks' Headline block for the dynamic text.
