duplicated meta on hero pages

Hi,

I added hero image to all posts, but now I have meta (author, category) duplicated in each post, both in the hero and on the top of the post.

note that I added a function to customize the meta.

so which one of the two meta lines do you want to keep?
And can you share the function you added to customize the meta.
