Duplicate Post Navigation Elementor / GeneratePress

Hi

I use GeneratePress and Elementor for my WP site. I have added an Elementor "post navigation section" to my post, which is my preferred format. Now, I have two post navigation links on the post, and I am unsure how to remove the default navigation.

I went into the GeneratePress theme settings and disabled the post navigation. Unfortunately, it disabled both the default and also the Elementor created navigation. How can I fix this?
