Duplicate H1 and Title Tags

I recently ran an audit of SEMRush and was informed that over half of my pages had "duplicate H1 and Title Tags" which was creating an error issue. I am not familiar with the tech side of writing posts. But we installed GP Premium because it was supposed to be very "plug and play" when it comes to following a simple process of creating a post by starting with the Title, moving into different blocks for copy and so forth.
I have written all of my posts the same way from the beginning and do not know why this error would occur. Can you please advise on what settings, if any, I need to address to ensure that this error is resolved?

It is a bad idea to duplicate your title tag content in your first-level header. If your page's <title> and <h1> tags match, the latter may appear over-optimized to search engines.Also, using the same content in titles and headers means a lost opportunity to incorporate other relevant keywords for your page.

the Theme doesn't do anything 'special' with the Title Meta - as you're using Rank Math they provide an option to update your Title Meta so you can set it to something different to the post Title.
OK, as referenced I'm not a tech guy. Just trying to write engaging content potential readers can find.
From some additional research, can you confirm that H1 is built in as the title in new posts we generate in WordPress with the GP theme? (Where it says "add title" on the new post in WordPress)
I have reached out to RankMath for clarification on how to differentiate between the H1 and Title Tags. But I just want to confirm in the creation of posts with GeneratePress the default H1 is the title and not something I have to designate otherwise?
