Duplicate GeneratePress Header into Toolset layout

Dear Sir/Madam,
I know about GeneratePress from Toolset recommended theme, I mainly use Toolset to design my site, Toolset doesn't have a nice design to the header especially on the mobile view, may I know how I can duplicate the GeneratePress Header/Footer into Toolset layout, so that I can keep all pages in same design?

Hi there,
Does Toolset disable the standard GP header by default? If so, it might be worth asking them if it's possible to prevent that.
