Hello,
I have a wordpress 5.2.1–pt_PT, with a GeneratePress 2.2.2 and GP Premium 1.8.3 – The main dropdown menu don´t work (PC, tablet or mobile).
I have another wordpress instalation with the same version and GeneratePress 2.2.2 but with GP Premium 1.8.2 – it work´s fine.
Wordpress tell´s me that´s unknown compatibility beetween de lastest wordpress version and this version of GP Premium 1.8.3.
Can you give me some feedback please about this issue?
Thank you so much.
Regards,
João

following your tips:
1. Deactivate all of your non-GP plugins – does the issue still exist?
– Yes, still2. Turn on WP DEBUG – do any errors display in your Dashboard or on your live site?
– No errors displyed3. If you’re getting a white screen while Customizing or somewhere else, try increasing your memory limit.
– No white screen4. Activate the core WordPress theme (TwentySeventeen) – does the issue still exist?
– No, with this theme works well.5. Check your error_log (or ask your hosting to) – are there any big errors in there?
– NoJune 14, 2019 at 3:43 am #929330DavidStaffCustomer SupportHi there,
in your customizer > layout > primary navigation options you have the choice of Navigation Drop down, can you try the other options to see if the sub menu works.
June 14, 2019 at 3:57 am #929342JoãoHello David,
following the tip, I change the option of the dropdown menu for roll over the button, and the sub menu works fine in desktop mode.
The responsive main menu don´t work in tablet and mobile mode.
The option click on item or click in arrow don´t work in any mode (desktop, tablet and mobile)

Do you have any custom functions or CSS you can temporarily turn off to check for conflicts?
