Drop Down Menu Arrows Are Showing As Squares

I have a coder working on the site, trying to synchronize login/logout on all sub-domains. I don't know if this is a result of the changes he has made or not, but thought I'd pick your brain.
On some of my sub-domains drop down arrows appear as arrows. On other sub-domains they appear as squares.
MAIN SITE - arrows
DATING - arrows
TRANS - squares
INTERSEX - squares
BLOGS - squares
STORE - arrows
Would appreciate some guidance. Thanks!

i am seeing them ok on the link provided.
In the Customizer > General - try enabling the SVG icons.
