Right now they are both draft

That's weird. Looks like the second menu is the mobile menu.

Looks like I'm running 1.8.0 alpha.2, was not aware of that, do you think that is where the problem is? If so, is it possible to roll back?

Just asked Tom to have a look and he thinks it's a caching problem as well.

Can you make sure to clear the caching plugin before disabling it and clear any server caching you might have?

Deactivated all plugins, elements as draft, cached all I can.
