[Support request] Double menu appearing and grey area when in customization

Problem #1: Double menu appearing
Problem #2: grey area suddenly showing up when in customization mode.

Cleared cached and used a different browser. This happened suddenly. not sure why.

Have you fixed this? I’m only seeing one menu now:

As for the second issue, have you tried disabling all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate any conflicts?

Hi thanks for the reply. the double menu thing was fixed previously after i disabled and enabled it again. But right now it is back. Disable and reenable it doesnt work any more. I tried disabling all plugins too and it is the same.

Yeah we’ve had a couple reports on this.

Are you using Google Adsense code? If so Tom explained it here:

Using AdBlock extension with your browser is the best solution right now.
