don't show new element in mobile

Hello, I have a problem and it is that when I create an element in the header like "free shipping" it does not show it in the mobile version. The same problem occurs to me with the whast up icon of the click to chat plugin. It can be seen on desktop but not on mobile. How could I solve it? Thanks
