Documentation Site like GP Docs

Hi All,
is generatepress being used for the documentation section on this site? is there any plan to release a template for documentation portal with gp?
will be grateful if it is available or someone can guide me in creating a doc portal like the one being used at documentation.generatepress.com

Hi there,
documentation.generatepress was custom coded by Tom for that very purpose. You could do something similar, just using Posts. Adding functionality such as the contextual Sidebar menus could be done with a plugin, e.g:

Creating a footer menu to display Featured links could be done with Tom's own WP Show Posts:

The rest would be simple formatting that could be done via the customiser.
