Do any themes in the Site Library support a secondary menu for logged in users?

The menu at the top with the blue background, only appears for logged in users.
Can any themes in the Site Library do this?
If yes, please let me know which ones. And links to any hints on how to configure this.

Hi there,
there isn't a site in the library with this type of configuration.
However, it should be fairly simple to set up. First create your secondary navigation / menu.
Then use a Layout Element to disable the Secondary Navigation :

In the elements display rules select the User rules and select Logged Out users. So it will now only display when a user is logged in.
