Display Some Posts with same tag on Front Page

I am looking to categorize some posts by same tags and then display their featured image and Title one by one horizontally. Something like this site http://www.drippedcoffee.com, but I want to display 4 posts in a row.

Have you checked out WP Show Posts?: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-show-posts/
It should be able to achieve something like that :)
The plugin works fine, but I need a few more controls in it!
- Display Title in Center
- Change Color of Title
- Change font size of Title using H3
- Want to add image class 'zoom' which I created under custom CSS
If you are using WPSP then we should be able to help with the first 3 points with some CSS if you need.
