Display posts with custom fields on homepage

On my homepage, I need to display posts from a Custom Post called Projects.
The Custom Posts contains ACF fields.
How can I retrieve the values of the ACF fields? (Can I do it with a shortcode? If yes, how can this be done?)

Do you have the site setup - can we see the Home page with the Projects CPT ?

In the meantime I managed to work it out.
I have installed this plugin: Tangible: Loops & Logic.
Now I am able to make custom queries.
